The friction and wear of linear guide rail are analyzed comprehensively, and the corresponding control methods are put forward. Reasonable selection of materials, design of guide rail structure, optimization of lubrication and cleaning protection measures are the keys to reducing friction and wear. It is hoped that the content of this paper can provide some useful reference for the use and maintenance of linear guide rail, so as to improve the equipment performance and prolong the service life. We also need to continue in-depth research and practice, constantly improve control methods, and further enhance the performance and reliability of the linear guide rail.
